Rockhopper is an adventuring penguin. He sails the seas in his ship, the Migrator, in search of treasure and adventure. He returns to Club Penguin approximately every two months with items to sell.
When he's in Club Penguin, his ship is docked at the Beach, next to the Lighthouse. You can board the ship and visit the Main Deck and the Hold.

- Can I really meet Rockhopper?
Yes! Whenever his ship is docked at the Beach, you may be lucky enough to meet him. He likes to hang out on his ship. If you don't find him there, ask around. He is a red penguin who wears the name Rockhopper and has a black beard and pirate hat. He considers himself a friend to everyone in Club Penguin and would love to meet you too.- Can I travel with Rockhopper?
Rockhopper is the captain of his own ship, and except for the addition of Yarr, he prefers to travel alone.- How can I find out more about Rockhopper?

Although Aunt Arctic is normally very busy writing for the newspaper, you might get the chance to meet her at a special event. She loves interviews, and helping with important causes. Sensei is a wise master who trains others in the ways of the ninja. Very little is known about this mysterious teacher. He enjoys green tea and poetry.
He is rumored to have many powers including invisibility and control over the elements. He is the oldest of all penguins.
- Can I become a ninja?
Yes - if you think you're ready. To become a ninja, use your map to journey to the Dojo. There, you must seek out Sensei to begin your journey - and learn the ancient art of Card-Jitsu...
Club Penguin's most famous inventor. Gary the Gadget Guy has built lots of the technology that penguins use around the island, including: the Clock Tower at the Snow Forts, the Pizzatron 3000, jet packs in Jet Pack Adventure, and the Aqua-Grabber.
- Can I meet Gary the Gadget Guy?
Gary spends most of his time tinkering and inventing new gadgets, so he doesn't attend many parties. Although he normally avoids crowds, he's a big fan of Halloween and the film Night of the Living Sled. So keep an eye out---you might get the chance to meet him!
Purple-haired DJ and professional dance machine! Cadence is always down for a dance-off, and you'll usually find her at the Night Club mixing music for the Dance Contest game.
She first made a big splash when she threw the Dance-a-thon Party back in January of 2009, and showed up to 'chill' in person.
- Can I meet Cadence?
Cadence spends most of her time putting on Dance Contests at the Night Club. But during certain events she'll leave the dance floor to mingle and party with everyone.
The Penguin Band started as a three-piece, with Franky joining in 2006.
They played their first gig as a full band at the 2006 Western Party - and they've been rocking out ever since!
The Penguin Band has 4 members:
Stompin' Bob plays electric bass. A cool, confident leader, Stompin' Bob writes most of the songs.
G Billy plays drums. Dedicated and loyal, G Billy keeps the band together.
Petey K plays accordion. Funny and smart, Petey K is always pulling pranks.
Franky plays keyboards. Curious and creative, Franky loves sampling new sounds.
- Can I meet the Penguin Band?
The Penguin Band can be hard to meet. You may spot them playing concerts during the annual Music Jam Party. They always attract huge crowds, and love to see fans start their own bands.
A proud and loyal member of the Elite Penguin Force. Rookie has been involved in countless missions, including the top secret Operation: Herbert's Revenge.
He's always eager to protect the island, even if he sometimes makes mistakes.
- Can I meet Rookie?Although he rarely appears on the island, Rookie often sends classified messages to Elite Agents on the Spy Phone. He first appeared in person at the 2011 April Fool's Party – when he accidentally unlocked new rooms in the Box Dimension.
Herbert is the island's most notorious villain. He was stranded on Club Penguin while looking for a warm place to live. Herbert plans to stop all loud parties, warm up the island, and defeat the Elite Penguin Force.
His trusty sidekick, Klutzy the Crab, never leaves his side.
- Can I meet Herbert?
Herbert rarely appears on the island. He prefers to plan his attacks from behind the scenes.
- How do I defeat Herbert?
One place that agents can battle Herbert is in System Defender. Use your Spy Phone to teleport to the Command Room, and click on the System Defender computer to protect the EPF mainframe!
Klutzy is Herbert P. Bear's faithful sidekick. Unlike Herbert, Klutzy is cheerful and kind.
He once helped the EPF save the island from sinking!
- Can I meet Klutzy?Klutzy has been spotted helping Herbert in System Defender. Agents can use the Spy Phone to teleport to the Command Room---and protect the EPF mainframe by clicking on the System Defender computer.
