Cheat Engine is a system developed to hack things such as Arctic White on Club Penguin, its used to give people a shock and do "non-fair" things to make people look sad.

on Steam, You cannot use Cheat Engine on games with VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat), You will be banned.

On Club Penguin, you can hack items, get coins, Boost up your Penguin's Speed and alot more!
Please beware that you can still get banned, use a test or new penguin for Cheat Engine.

Arctic White used to work for being permed but the Club Penguin Moderators found out and set it to a Bait item until it is released.

on Sonic Adventure DX, You can hack for free, no bans! You get to be Metal Sonic in adventure and stages, infinite lives and rings, Speed up your character and more!

on Penguin Chat (Non-Rocketsnail Version), It hasn't got a lot of cheats but we don't know if there was really some cheats on Penguin Chat, It might have been on Rocketsnail Version of Penguin Chat.

on Other games, You get to do a lot! (Except for games that would ban you)

Steps:
1. Open the dressing catalog
2. Click Plugincontainer or Second link of internet explorer on Cheat Engine when you click the computer with the magnifying glass.
3. get a calculator out and type a item id in (ill use 413)
5. Now it changes to 19D, I would invert that to 9D 01

 As you can see, you use the first 01 and 00 and change it to 9D 01 if your hacking the Party Hat.

7. Click on Dark Blue.
8. Pick up the item, Your finished! (WARNING: You cannot pick up bait items, That would happen in a 72 hour or forever ban!)
